Termite Inspection

During the home inspection, we evaluate the structure for Wood Destroying Insect Activity and can provide a HUD form for your mortgage company as may be required. A Termite inspection is not included in the Standard Inspection as required by the State of NJ but is usually conducted at the same time as the home inspection.

Termites and other wood destroying insects can cause extensive damage to a structure. Since unexpected infestations can occur without notice, it is vital to ensure that the structure is protected with a warranty and re-inspected annually.
